This website is operated by CurePath International Limited (CPI Ltd), a SARL under OHADA law, RCCM TPPRR/RC/TIKO/2026/B/055, registered office in Tiko, South West Region, Cameroon. By using it you accept these terms.

2. Medical disclaimer

CurePath is a patient facilitation service. We are not a hospital, a clinic or a doctor, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Information on this website is general, for information only, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor who knows your case.

All medical decisions are made by the treating doctors together with the patient. Results of treatment vary and no outcome can be guaranteed. Stay lengths on this website are general guidance only.

In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call local emergency services.

3. Our service

The free case review means we pass your reports, with your consent, to hospitals for an opinion and estimate at no cost to you, with no obligation. Estimates are issued by the hospitals and may change. Treatment is provided by, and paid directly to, the hospital, under its own terms. Any CurePath service with a charge is agreed with you in writing beforehand.

4. Visas and travel

Visa decisions are made solely by the Government of India. We give guidance and check documents but cannot guarantee a visa. Flights and accommodation are subject to the providers’ own conditions.

5. Your responsibilities

Please give accurate and complete information and genuine documents. Transplant and fertility treatments in India follow Indian law; we cannot assist with anything unlawful, including paid organ donation.

6. Website content

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated, especially official rules such as visas. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

The CurePath name, logo and website content belong to CurePath International Limited and may not be reused without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CurePath is not liable for medical outcomes, for decisions of hospitals, doctors or authorities, or for losses arising from use of this website.
